Home-style German cuisine, with generously portioned dishes in a rustic atmosphere. Due to its location, this restaurant is an absolute insider tip and well worth a visit. Despite current restrictions due to Covid-19, the ambience and atmosphere in the restaurant is very cozy. Reservation is necessary. The food tastes great, the meat was fried to the point as ordered. The side dishes and sauces are delicious. It just tastes very good here and everyone is sure to get full here. Highly Recommended!

The economy is very cozy and quaint. The Wiets people are very friendly and very on their toes. The food is more than plentiful. The Bachtisch (apple pancake) is an absolute highlight and therefore an absolute must. I can only recommend this Likal to everyone. For me it is one of the most beautiful liqueurs I've ever been to. I don't want luxury, I love the rustic and down-to-earth. I will be eating there again. Support the Wiets people and visit the economy especially in these difficult times.

First of all: as an appetizer we got a fresh baguette with three kinds of dips (garlic butter, cream cheese and lard), which were really very tasty. This cannot be taken for granted and this service is not offered too often and we were pleased! We ate a rump steak there with a chanterelle sauce, french fries and a salad for € 31.50. At first glance, the price sounds a bit high, even if you take the ambience into account. But when you have the piece of meat, which weighs 300g and is really tasty, well fried, the cream sauce that also tastes like it, fries that are super crispy, where you can still nibble when you are actually full, a side salad , which is very tasty and rich and includes all of this in the rating, then the price is put into perspective, because we liked it, we were full of cardboard and, since the restaurant is a bit out of the way, at a campsite, we also have a nice and quiet outside sat. The waitresses were friendly, but I always think: "The way you call into the forest, it echoes back, because service staff are only human!". We will come back.

Top, highly recommended. Food really delicious, priced really okay for what is on offer. Not a fancy shop but one with character and heart. Waiters always friendly even under stress, you won't find them everywhere. Keep it up! Wasn't here for the last time.

Somehow it has become a kind of family tradition with us since I can always think of going there. No matter what birthday it is always celebrated there. My father and his wife go there almost every Sunday. Just been there again the food is simply amazing and the staff super friendly.

On a Saturday evening well attended. Rumpsteak with herb butter was ordered Very well presented and everything as tasteful as it should be. Service has to improve, waiter ran hectic from table to table and that was not so comfortable. Still 5 stars for the ambience
